Getting started
Do I need to connect my TikTok account?
No — and that's deliberate. FocusedCat prepares everything (caption, hashtags, video, timing) and you post through the TikTok app yourself. No OAuth, no posting permissions, no third-party risk to your account.
How does sign-in work without a password?
Enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link that expires in 15 minutes. Or use Google. There's no password to create, forget, or leak.
What's the onboarding like?
Five short steps — language, a bit about you, your content pillars, your voice, and posting cadence. About five minutes, skippable, and editable later in Settings. It powers your defaults and AI suggestions.
AI & privacy
Is the AI on by default?
No. AI drafting is off until you enable it in Settings, and you can withdraw consent anytime. Suggestions only run when you press the button.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Requests go to our provider under a zero-data-retention agreement — your text is processed for your suggestion and not stored or used for training.
Billing
What does the trial include?
Everything, for 7 days, no card. There's only one plan, so the trial is the real product.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only — drafts, media, and history stay visible and exportable. Resubscribe whenever you're ready and it's all still there.
Do you charge per TikTok profile?
No. Multiple profiles are included in the one plan. Per-channel pricing is the industry habit we refuse to pick up.
